Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, with all original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please submit a return request through our website or contact us at sales.weyrahshopify@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must meet all return eligibility requirements. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
